• Potassium. A daily dose of 3,500 mg of this mineral can help in promoting healthy growth of hair and can help in good blood circulation.
• Selenium. A daily dose of 55 mcg of this supplement can make the skin and scalp supple and elastic. People should avoid too much intake of this mineral supplement, as it may cause intoxication. The latter may result to loss of hair, nails, and teeth.
